Questions for Buyers

  • Does nibl cost me anything?

    As a buyer, nibl is completely free. In fact, funding a nibl account saves you money by removing expensive transaction charges that are usually attached to small transactions.

  • What is the Marketplace?

    The nibl Marketplace is a digital storefront for any content that you upload to nibl. The Marketplace allows content creators to sell anything digital and set fair prices for their goods, while keeping more profits than with other online selling solutions.

  • How do I pre-fund my account?

    You can pre-fund your account on the balance page. Simply choose "Add Funds" next to your current balance.

  • Why are accounts pre-funded?

    Accounts are pre-funded because of the high cost of online transaction fees relative to the size of the purchase. Prefunding accounts lets us amortize the transaction cost over many smaller transactions. Having a pre-funded account also lets you pay with just one click.

  • How much will I need to deposit in my account?

    Accounts must be pre-funded with a minimum of $5. When you need to replenish your account, you can add another $5 or a maximum of $20 at a time.

  • How do I request a refund?

    You can request a refund for an individual purchase for a limited time after the purchase from your purchases feed.

Questions for Sellers

  • How much does it cost to sell on nibl?

    nibl is free to use, and we only make money when you make sales. Based on the price of your content, we take a small fee from each of your sales. See our pricing page for more details.

  • What is the difference between a buyer and a seller?

    Nothing! Every nibl account lets people buy and sell content in the marketplace and accross the nibl network. However, each nibl account has a balance for purchases as well as a separate balance for money earned on nibl.

  • What kind of content can I upload?

    Just about anything digital, including music, videos, photos, documents, themes, files, templates, artwork, you name it. Check our Terms of Use for restriction on content.

  • When do I receive payment for my sales?

    nibl uses ACH (direct deposit) to pay out balances. Simply connect a bank account to nibl in the Payments tab under Settings. As long as long as the sales balance exceeds $20, you can transfer your whole balance to your bank account. For certain customers, we may also need to verify your indentity with a short form as required by law before processing payment.

  • How do I set up my store?

    We start every user out with their own store that can be customized. You can add as many stores as you like to keep your content organized how you want! Add a store from the navigation bar or on your profile page.

  • How do I report copyright violations?

    Visit our DMCA (digital millenium copyright act) page which has instructions on reporting copyright violations.
